P&B offer our customers the powder metallurgy process for production of sintered contacts. We have fully automated robotic machinery for ensuring optimum production during this process. Popular alloys demanded by our customers are silver tungsten, silver tungsten carbide and silver nickel alloys. These alloys are principally used in industrial circuit breaker and machine switches. |

Within our sintered contact process, we are able to offer certain specialised contacts using plated steel backings bonded to silver, gold and platinum alloys. These parts are typically produced in low volume and are specialised towards military, aviation and train industries. |

As a company we do not offer the extruded process for producing materials and therefore cannot offer such materials as AgC and AgSnO. However we do have excellent partners who manufacture these materials and we would be pleased to give you a quotation for them. |
